My clients’ favorite lessons they learned in 2021

I asked some of my clients what their favorite lessons this year were. Their answers might surprise you.

All of them learned a lot about nutrition and training, but the things that really changed their lives was what they learned about their mindset.

One of the coolest things?
Amongst the clients featured here, there were goals and achievements including:
> Performance
> Strength
> Competing in a sport
> Weight loss
> Health improvements
> Improving relationship with food
> Better energy
> Improving sleep problems

… and yet I bet you would struggle to work out who was who.

I say this to illustrate the fact that no matter your goal, making sure you are learning not just about ✨WHAT you need to do✨, and not even just ✨HOW you’re going to do it✨, but the 🌟MINDSET with which you approach and navigate your goals 🌟 are key foundations for everyone.

If all you’re looking for are a list of food rules,
If all a coach is giving you are macro targets or an exercise program,
If all you think you need is “more willpower”,
I propose to you that you’re missing the secret sauce.
