I started Beyond The Sweat because…

I want you to have the knowledge and skills you need to make nutrition and training decisions that apply to YOU, not to some random influencer on the internet.

I was tired of seeing fitness marketing telling people they needed to sweat more and eat less.
I knew good quality coaching needed to go ‘beyond the sweat’, and consider people’s physical, emotional AND mental health in a holistic way.

I have been the woman burning myself into the ground trying to train 6 days a week, multiple times a day, eating far less than my body needed in order to maintain the almighty 6-pack that became the measure of my self worth.

I have also gone through the journey on the other side of that, learning how to support and value my body whilst retaining the autonomy and knowledge to change my body shape if I want to.

I want all women to feel confident in their skin and empowered to change their body in any way they want to - whilst also realizing that confidence has everything to do with how you feel about yourself, and very little to do with how you look.
